Jim Underwood is Executive Vice President of Worldwide Digital and Commercial Strategy at Sony Pictures Home Entertainment, overseeing the digital distribution, digital strategy and operations, commercial planning, and business affairs groups.  He previously served as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development for SPE and has held a variety of corporate and business development roles since joining the company in 2003. Prior to Sony Pictures, Underwood’s experience included corporate development, strategic consulting, and investment banking positions at Parametric Technologies, The Parthenon Group, and Morgan Stanley. He holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois and received his MBA from Harvard University.
